Gate workers are responsible for confirming the credentials of all vehicles entering the fairgrounds, directing traffic at our entrances, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and ability. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Hours are extremely flexible, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
Parking is responsible for the operation of our parking lots, guiding car show vehicles to their places on the showfield, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and ability. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Hours are extremely flexible, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
Ticket sellers are responsible for the selling of admission tickets at our gates, operating our will-call area, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and ability. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Hours are extremely flexible, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
Security is responsible for patrolling the fairgrounds, maintaining order, resolving problems, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and ability. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Hours are extremely flexible, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
Overnight security workers are responsible for patrolling the fairgrounds and serving as a checkpoint at the entrance gate. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Work Hours are 10 pm to 6 am during our schedule of events, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
The Carlisle Expo Center is looking for Event Prep/Custodial and Maintenance help. Duties vary and may include table/chair set-up, restroom/floor clean-up, trash, hanging banners, electric drops, operating scissor lift (18+), etc. Must be organized, self-motivated multi-tasker. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and custodial maintenance a plus. Hours are part-time and include evening/weekend work.
Clean-up crew are responsible for a variety of positions, including janitorial work in restrooms, showers, and dining facilities, trash can emptying, and trash pickup, among other various custodial/janitorial responsibilities. Responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and ability. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Hours are extremely flexible, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
Hand stampers are responsible for providing return access to patrons wishing to exit our gates by stamping their hands, confirming the credentials of patrons returning to the fairgrounds, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities will be assigned based on interest and ability. Jobs are primarily outdoors during our schedule of events. Hours are extremely flexible, and available both weekdays and/or weekends.
Interns will learn marketing, media, and management skills that go along with large event production. This paid internship will be a hands-on learning experience. Hours are on a part-time basis, predominately during event weeks. Weekend work is required.
